Notes

This bank contains questions from the UNC Charlotte high school math contest. Each contest is presented in its entirety, and individual questions are re-organized topically.

UNC Charlotte, under the direction of the legendary Harold Reiter, has been administering its contest since 1980. For more information, please see this page.

This bank is one of three NC high school math contests found on Problem-Attic. The other two are NCCTM and WCU. The contests are meant to serve several purposes: stimulate interest in mathematics through collegial competition; encourage participants to think of their futures beyond high school; and honor those students who demonstrate outstanding mastery of mathematics.
