When EducAide introduced the Framework Builder in Problem-Attic, it seemed like a good idea to test it out with various alignment projects. We worked with Texas teachers in several district to align approximately 3,700 Illustrative Mathematics questions to the TEKS for grades K–12.
These questions were originally released by Illustrative Mathematics as Common Core Tasks and math curriculum (lessons and practice questions). Illustrative Mathematics is based at the University of Arizona and headed by William McCallum, one of the lead writers of the Common Core State Standards. Described as “a community of educators dedicated to the coherent learning of mathematics”, Illustrative Mathematics has produced an “extensive and carefully vetted collection of instructional and assessment tasks that have been aligned with CCSS.”

Problem-Attic has two more banks which originate with Illustrative Mathematics, IM Curriculum and CCSS Tasks and IM Paired Practice.
